There is a single pave teardrop centered with cream pearls along the bottom of the choker. The matching earrings feature similar pave. All gems are lab created. The front plate is a half circle approximately 6 inches with 5 inches of thick mesh chain. This is designed for a very slender neck. Earrings are about 2 1 2 inches
