Celsius has 200 mg of caffeine per can which is a lot. But that’s exactly what I need on certain days! Only 10 calories and 0 sugar so good if you are watching those things. I like that Celsius includes B vitamins (which help convert food into energy) and other healthy things. Feels like to gives me stable energy.
