**update** TOP NOTCH customer service. They still come individually wrapped, and no protective film now. Only 1 side sublimates very well (great colors). The 2nd side is duller and it's noticeable. I will be looking for a new supplier unfortunately. I wish that I could say I still loved them, but something changed!
