Society Garlic, 6" PotSociety Garlic is a tender Perennial that has a strong garlic aroma and also somewhat resembles garlic Chives in appearance. It is bluish Green in color with Small lilac trumpet shaped flowers. Flowers and leaves are edible (mild garlic flavor), and may be used in soups and salads. Makes a nice edging for vegetable beds; good cut flower. Suffers frost damage at 20 25F but recovers quickly. Deer don't browse these plants. USDA hardiness zones: 7 11.
