MES is often known as one of the original Good's buffers. MES solution has a pKa value near physiological pH, it is not absorbed through cell membranes, and it is essentially transparent to UV light. Also used in cation exchange chromatography and as a biological buffer in plant cell

Very nice but...

It's a beautiful bag but the outside zipper pockets are deceiving, they're very small . My phone couldn't fit inside. No bad smell, the organization inside is good and the strap length is pefect. Because the outside zipper pockets are too small I may have to return it.
