This piece is made of solid mahogany construction that has been ebonized and finished with a lustrous French polish of museum quality. There are two doors that open to interior wood shelving. The doors are trimmed with brass and have working locks and key. Brass trim adorns the bottom of the buffet as well. The top features a Sainte Anne gray marble slab original to the piece. Everything was just okay about this bag. I expected more of a high quality and gorgeous suede and it really looked like I could have gotten it at target. It did not lay quite right as a crossbody for me so I returned it. The color is very pretty and it is made very well.
