Good for travel when you may not have a glass, a spoon and a place to mix the powdered version with water. Make no mistake, you must still drink at least 8- 12 ounces of water with the capsules, and one serving is 5 capsules. But, this is a bulking agent,!so that is to be expected.

Surprisingly Great for Diarrhea + Dropped My LDL Big Time – Sugar-Free Winner!

I started taking this Metamucil Sugar-Free 4-in-1 Psyllium Fiber mainly because I deal with diarrhea more than constipation (opposite of what it's usually advertised for). It's gentle, mixes okay in water (orange flavor is tolerable, not too sweet since it's sugar-free), and I take 2 teaspoons daily.
